Set your card PIN
Before you start using your fuel cards, you鈥檒l need to set a PIN. You can do this online or by phone. Simply follow the steps below.
Set your PIN online
Step 1
Log in to your . Your login details were emailed to you via the email address provided in your application. If you haven鈥檛 received your login information, please contact our Customer Service team at .com or .
Step 2
Click on ‘Cards’ in the top menu and then select the card you wish to add a PIN to.
Step 3
Click on ‘PIN settings’ and expand the PIN setting section by clicking on the + symbol.
Step 4
Enter your PIN in the ‘Enter PIN’ and ‘Confirm PIN’ fields and click ‘Submit’. Your card is now ready to be used.
Set your PIN by phone
This is a great option if you鈥檇 like drivers to set their own PIN for their card.
Step 1
Call to get a PIN Establishment Code. The cardholder will need their card number and mobile number.
Step 2
Visit . Enter the PIN Establishment Code and PIN in the ‘PIN’ and ‘Confirm PIN’ fields and click ‘Submit’. Your card is now ready to be used.
