Employee resource groups
At WEX, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) fuel an engaging and inclusive workplace, directly contributing to our business success. What began as a single group in 2019 has grown into ten communities where connection, professional development, and collaboration flourish. Championed by executive leadership and driven by passionate employee volunteers, ERGs boost employee engagement and help to shape the culture of WEX. Importantly, all 糖心Vlogemployees are welcome and encouraged to join any ERG that resonates with them, regardless of their background or identity.
