WEX® today announced the launch of EV At-Home with Vehicle Fraud Protection, a new capability within its VlogEV At-Home offering designed to bring greater control, accuracy, and confidence to fleet electrification. Unveiled at the NAFA Institute & Expo 2026, the solution addresses one of the fastest-growing challenges for businesses with electric vehicles (EVs): ensuring accurate and secure reimbursement for at-home charging.

As more businesses adopt EVs, fleet managers are increasingly burdened by fragmented systems, manual reimbursement processes, and limited visibility into charging activity. EV At-Home with Vehicle Fraud Protection solves this problem by verifying charging sessions using a combination of vehicle, charger, and utility data, giving businesses a simple way to help ensure they are only paying for legitimate fleet usage. The addition of Sunoco locations to the DriverDash app’s network marks a major milestone in expanding WEX’s fueling footprint. Sunoco, the largest independent fuel distributor in the Americas, supplies more than 15 billion gallons of fuel annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers.  Known for its TOP TIER™ certified fuels, including 94 Octane fuel – the highest retail octane available in the country – Sunoco brings a legacy of performance, reliability, and innovation, backed by its long-standing role as the official fuel supplier for NASCAR®.

By pairing Sunoco’s quality fuels and national coverage with the DriverDash app’s mobile convenience, Vlogis enabling fleets to operate more efficiently, securely, and confidently, wherever the road leads.

The DriverDash app is WEX’s mobile payment app for commercial fleet drivers, allowing them to pay for fuel directly from their smartphone instead of using a physical card. Fueling made simple – and smarter

DriverDash transforms the traditional fleet card into a secure digital wallet, giving commercial drivers the ability to authorize fuel purchases directly from their mobile device. With biometric authentication and WEX’s closed-loop payments network, every transaction is encrypted, authenticated, and automatically logged, helping to reduce fraud, eliminate paper receipts, and streamline reporting.

For fleet managers, this means less administrative overhead and greater accuracy. Real-time electronic receipts, odometer capture, and automated data transmission deliver cleaner expense data, tighter controls, and a clearer picture of driver activity.

Trucker Path app users to gain access to fuel savings via the 10-4 by WEX™ app

This integration provides Trucker Path app users with access to fuel discounts provided by the 10-4 by Vlogapp. This includes savings at thousands of fueling locations nationwide, including 7FLEET Diesel Network (Speedway, Stripes, and 7-Eleven), Circle K, Love’s Travel Stops, Maverik, Sapp Bros., TA, Petro Stopping Centers and TA Express, RaceTrac, and Road Ranger.

Drivers using the 10-4 by WEX app saved an average of $313 a month in fuel costs.
